Your Yoga Teacher: Caroline Elson has been living, learning, and teaching yoga, meditation, and reiki for over 15 years.
She is a Star Alliance certified Yoga Instructor in the Hatha tradition, trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and a certified Reiki Master in the Usui Tradition.
Caroline’s commitment to wellness is deeply rooted in knowledge and understanding gained through personal experience and work with others. As a coach, facilitator, practitioner, and student she sees first hand the effects of the practices and techniques she shares.
