ORC Virtual AGM

This year’s Virtual Annual General Meeting will be on Thursday February 25, 2021.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO ATTEND, however, only Full ORC Members have voting privileges.
ORC By-laws regarding Voting at Annual General Meeting:
9.06(1) Full Members, Life Members and Members holding a Director role with the Club shall have voting privileges at meetings and be entitled to one vote at any meeting.
9.06(3) Any voting member may give proxy to another voting member using a document deemed satisfactory by the club. The maximum number of proxies a single Member can hold is one.
9.06(4) Where a Member with voting privileges is under the age of eighteen years, proxy for that Member is granted to one of the Member’s legal guardians. Legal guardians of such a Member may grant proxy for that Member’s vote to another voting Member who does not already hold the maximum allowed proxies.
