Cold water rules are in effect at the ORC. This means:
– all crews must be accompanied by a coach boat.
– no rowing past the Gatineau River.
– all single scullers must wear a waist PFD.
– all 2x/- rowers must have a PFD in the shell with them.
– all rowers must wear a visible personal light and whistle.
