This means all 1x scullers must be wearing and inflatable pfd around their waist, all 2xs or 2-s must carry pfds in the boat with them, all rowers must row with a safety boat, nobody is permitted to row past the Gatineau river, and everyone must wear a light and whistle when on the water.
