It’s great to see ORC members training hard at the YMCA this winter.  Just a friendly reminder to please clean up after yourself when using the ORC’s erg room at the Taggart Family YMCA or any other space at the Y.  Please remember to:

• remove your water bottles, clothing and personal items from the erg room
• put ergs and other equipment neatly back where it belongs
• put any garbage in the bins provided
• clean ergs after using them with the cleaning solution and towels provided.
